Why Standard Co Exists
Standard Co was created around a simple belief: every property deserves a baseline level of care.
Between tenancies, compliance checks and preparing a property for sale, things can quickly become complicated. Small repairs get missed, trades are hard to coordinate, and suddenly a property that should be ready isn’t.
Standard Co exists to solve that problem, by handling the practical work that keeps properties up to standard.
Where It Started
The idea for Standard Co came from personal experience.
After my mother suffered a serious accident, I stepped in to manage her property. At the same time, I was also serving as a Body Corporate chairman and managing my own responsibilities as a landlord.
I had to get the property's compliant and up to standard.
Seeing property management from that perspective changed the way I thought about maintenance.
I saw how often good landlords and property managers were left trying to coordinate multiple trades, chase repairs, and solve problems that should have been straightforward.
Standard Co was created to make that process simpler.
